ASV-30 is a conformationally restricted analogue of carnosine, a highly potent and selective antagonist against mouse CRF receptor 2β (mCRFR2β). It has been shown to inhibit agonist-induced adenylate cyclase activity in human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cells expressing mCRFR2β.
