[Arg(Me2s)3]-Histone H4 (1-23)-GGK(Biotin)Admin2021-01-12T10:51:22+00:00
Product Name [Arg(Me2s)3]-Histone H4 (1-23)-GGK(Biotin)
Purity HPLC>95%
Description The peptide is histone H4 (1-23), symmetrically dimethylated at Arg3, and then biotinylated lysine is bound to the C-terminal GG linker. The methylation of Arg3 is catalyzed by PRMT1 and promotes the acetylation of histone H4 p300. It has also been shown to regulate the transcriptional activation of genes related to cholesterol and bile acid homeostasis. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form.
Storage -20°C
