| Product Name | [Arg(Me2s)8]-Histone H3 (1-21), biotin-labeled |
| Purity | HPLC>95% |
| Description | This is histone H3 (1-21), symmetrically dimethylated at Arg8, and methyl groups are added to each nitrogen of the guanidine group. This peptide is biotinylated on the epsilon side chain of another C-terminal lysine. The methylation of Arg8 blocks the G9a methylation of Lys9. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
| Storage | -20°C |
