Product Name [Cit 2/8/17]-Histone H3 (1-21)-GGK(Biotin), amide
Purity HPLC>95%
Description This is histone H3 (1-21), in which Arg2, Arg8 and Arg17 are deaminated to citrulline (Cit). Its C-terminus is biotinylated by the GGK linker and blocked by an amide group. Peptidyl arginine deaminase 4 (PADI4) prevents the methylation of these sites and blocks transcriptional activation. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form.
Storage -20°C
