DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) phosphorylation substrate. DNA-PK is essential for repairing DNA double-strand breaks. This peptide corresponds to the 11-24 amino acids of human p53, in which threonine 18 and serine 20 are changed to alanine, which is used as a substrate for detecting DNA-PK activity
