This peptide was used as a substrate for the DYRK kinase family in in vitro analysis. Also known as xylopeptide, this peptide corresponds to residues 324 to 334 of the transcription factor FKHR. Two lysine residues are added at the N-terminus to promote binding to phosphocellulose paper.
