This peptide is histone H4 (1-25), acetylated at Lys16. It is biotinylated via a C-terminal gsk connector. The monoacetylation of histone H4 mainly occurs in Lys16. The loss of Lys16 monoacetylation is related to human tumor cells. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form.
