Product Name [Lys(Ac)5]-Histone H4 (1-25)-GSGSK(Biotin); H4K5(Ac), biotin-labeled
Purity HPLC>95%
Description This peptide is histone H4 (1-25), acetylated at Lys5. It is biotinylated via a C-terminal gsk connector. The acetylation of Lys5 plays a role in histone deposition and transcription activation. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form.
Storage -20°C
