Product Name MOG (35-55), mouse, rat
Purity HPLC>95%
Description Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is only expressed in the central nervous system (1-3). MOG (35-55) can induce the production of autoantibodies and relapsing-remitting neurological diseases, leading to extensive plaque-like demyelination (1-2). In patients with multiple sclerosis (MS), MOG (35-55)-induced experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) C57/BL6 mice and Lewis rats (1-4) have been observed to MOG (35-55) 55) Autoantibody reaction.
