Product Name | [Arg(Me2a)3]-Histone H4 (1-23)-GGK(Biotin) |
Purity | HPLC>95% |
Description | The peptide is histone H4 (1-23) asymmetrically dimethylated at Arg3, and then biotinylated lysine binds to the C-terminal GG linker. The methylation of Arg3 is catalyzed by PRMT1 and promotes the acetylation of histone H4 p300. Dimethylation of Arg3 also activates the transcription of estrogen-regulated genes. When the peptide purity is greater than 95%, the peptide is dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, and lyophilized again into a powder form. |
Storage | -20°C |
