This peptide is from amino acid residues 1 to 23 of histone H4. Dimethylate with C-terminal GG linker at lysine 20, followed by biotinylated lysine. The dimethylation reaction of histone H3 at lysine 20 is necessary for the water loss accident of Crb2 (fission yeast checkpoint protein)
